1. No cancellation of order once payment is made.

2 . All prices indicated are in Singapore Dollars and all prices are excluding postage. (Singapore only)

Postage and Handling Charge:

Normal Local Mail:
- Delivery time takes between 3 - 5 working days.
- No tracking number available.
- Will receive the parcel in your mailbox.

Local Registered Mail
- Delivery time takes between 2 - 3 working days
- Comes with registered mail article tracking number
- Parcel will be delivered to door

AM Mail (Doorstep)
- Delivered to doorstep before 11am on the next working day
- Payment must be completed before 6pm the previous day
- Note: Item will be left at your doorstep if SingPost is unable to get a response from you during their delivery attempt

AM Mail (Letterbox)
- Delivered to your letterbox before 11am on the next working day
- Payment must be completed before 6pm the previous day

Speedpost (Same day delivery)
- 1 day delivery, items can be received by 5pm on the day of posting (Weekday) or before 1pm on Saturdays.
- Tracking number will be provided
- Can choose delivery date otherwise will post out on the next working day.
- Take note that delivery time cannot be specfiy as it is subjected to SingPost's schedule

CALCULATION OF POSTAGE CHARGES

Normal Local Mail (Default Choice) Postage will be calculated based on SingPost's rates. Rates are between S$0.80 - S$3.35, depending on weight of parcel.

Local Registered MailAdditional Registered Mail Fee of S$2.30 on top of the normal postage charges for orders to be send viaregistered mail.

AM Mail (Doorstep)Flat rate of $3.90. Only applicable for clothings up to 300g (i.e. only for 1 piece of non-bulky light clothing).Do check with us if you are considering this option, we will advise you accordingly.

AM Mail (Letterbox)Flat rate of $2.60. Only applicable for clothings up to 300g (i.e. only for 1 piece of non-bulky light clothing). Do check with us if you are considering this option, we will advise you accordingly.
SpeedPost (Same Day Delivery)Flat rate of $9.15 for 3kg and below.

2. We only accept payments by:- ATM Funds Transfer to our DBS savings account and Internet Banking to our DBS savings account.

3. Items sold are strictly non-exchangeable and refundable.

4. Colour items may vary slightly due to lighting set-up when photo is taken.

5. We will not be liable for any loss or damage during the course of delivery. Hence, we strongly recommend to send items by registered mail.

6. Items are inspected before sending out. We are NOT responsible for any damage of the item there after. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS MADE.
